It seems like you don't understand the term "subjective", because you think that she can be rated that high just by subjective measures. She received 2144 votes which average at 9.04. At such high sample counts the average must approach objective measures. Since in this case it doesn't, it implies that there is voting fraud going on continuously. It's also suspicious that she and many others others who stay in the Top 25 or Top 100 most of the time have been receiving around 2000 votes each while those with lower vote counts pop up now and then only to be pushed down below rank 1000 immediately by those same users who keep the "subjective beauties" in the Top 100.
The ranking is broken and there should be a time attenuated weighting with cut-off to get rid of fraud and bad votes.

The fact that she's been near or around the top for half a decade and more at this point is exactly the reason she's remained at the top. Are you familiar with Lindy's Law? If not, in short, it basically means that the longer something remains where it is, the longer it will remain there in the future. That's why certain things seem to become timeless, like certain artists or musicians, etc.
